We wouldn't say anything about him like that. Cooley is a class act. Cronin is a complete tool.

This isn't about Xavier fan behavior. And it should mostly be about Cronin's behavior. As Mack said, he was jawing at a JP the whole game. He received a technical foul for good reason.

JP could have handled Saturday differently. Then again, there is not one person here who knows what it's like to participate in that rivalry and, in this case, be exposed to the childish behavior of a very insecure, pathetic opposing coach.

Agree on all counts. Was just kidding. No way in his worst moments would Ed be in the same solar system as Micky and the Pussycats.

As a supporter of a "charter member" of the BE, and the beneficiary of at least one year of Pete Gillen magic while at PC, count me among the many who are delighted with what Xavier has brought to the league and I personally am a big fan of both Mack and Mac. (Although you need to embrace X's and JPM's status as one of the league's villains - every conference needs one, and you guys seem to be it at the moment).

Actually, a big fan of all three of the new members - and yes, that includes Butler. After Villanova, uou guys have carried the league so far.

The "Newcomers" have been very good citizens so far for the BE. Packed arenas, rabid fans and great games. Yeah, even a tinge of hate here and there. All great for the Conference's respectability. And the newbies have re-invested back into their programs to make them better as have many of the other BE teams. I'd love to see the X-UC atmosphere at every game.
