Top 50 Players in the Big East

Postby TAMU Eagle » Tue Oct 31, 2017 9:31 am

Howdy everybody!

Paint Touches, one of the Marquette blogs, is counting down the top 50 players in the Big East. Some of you might remember that we did this last season as well. The list ended up being decently accurate but there were definitely some freezing cold takes as well. We revamped our scoring process and invested in a Synergy membership (such an awesome website) and we think we have a pretty solid list this year. Our goal is to start some discussion and debate so we would love to hear from y'all. What do you agree with? What do you disagree with? Etc.

We're breaking it down into 5 segments of 10 players, first one was posted today.

Haha. Don't worry, we don't see the next Bulldog for a LONG time. And knowing the "Butler Way" I'll probably be wrong about these two picks.

You listed somone on DePaul's roster ahead of Max Strus.

Your list is wrong.

Haha it wasn’t for anything in particular. I just assumed a bunch of people would show up and complain when I posted that.

What kind of fun would a list be if people didn't get super upset?

Segment two is up!

Epperson at No. 36? At this point, he's an afterthought because of his lack of strength. Skinny and floppy hair, a born target for Providence fans. Rabble, rabble.

I mean, I would have been happier if no Butler players were included on your list at all.
