The SEC would love OU or Texas but won't want TCU or WVU by themselves. They also don't need to have 16 members.

The SEC will go to 16. Likely the two Oklahoma schools.

They might but the SEC does not NEED to be at 16. Meaning they won't take less than OU and Texas or OU and OSU to get to the 16 member number. The SEC is not going to add WVU and someone else like TCU just so they can be 16 teams.
