Also, like jet wrote, i think Preston Murphy unfortunately would be a great fit if Hurley moves on.

Jet,

Hurley would be a very good hire. URI was dumpster fire when he took it over. In 2 years, he had them 23-10 and #61 in KenPom. The next year EC Matthews blew his ACL in the 1st game and they struggled to 17-15. In addition, he brought Bobby onto his staff at Wagner & URI so he counts as part of his coaching tree.

Hahaha this is starting to look pathetic on their part.

Strange that a "blue blood" would have this much trouble getting a coach

If you want to pull off that kind of move (one that, IMO, is kind of scummy), you better be damn sure you're able to seal the deal.

I have no problem with this. Aim high. Does not look pathetic on their part at all.

Glad you have no problem with it.

I just advised Georgetown to throw $4.5 million at Wojo.

Might as well take a stab at Frank Martin and Mike White.

I'm sure that's 100% legit. There's no possible way a very good and underpaid coach would leak something like this through a media friend in the hopes of renegotiating an existing contract.
