2017 Big East Tourney - Friday Semi Games...

Two outstanding games tonight. The atmosphere was electric. The Big East continues it's tradition of putting on the best conference tournament in the country. No one else comes close.

Just got back from tonight's games and as a Creighton fan and a relative newbie to the conference, all I can say is that if this wasn't a top 5 semi-final night for the Big East Tournament than I can't even fathom how good the basketball was prior. What a night! The Big East lives on!

I've made the trip from Omaha twice...and I will get the pleasure of watching my team play in the final each time. The travel is a bitch and its expensive, but I love hoops in the garden.

By the way Nova, you've got a 1 seed locked down. You should do us a solid and give us a win tomorrow to help our seeding.

What a night at MSG. What a matchup between X and Creighton. More exciting than the first match up...

I showed up to MSG hoping I would land some cheap tickets in section 300-400s... only to find out everything was gone. As I'm ready to walk out there is this great Villanova fan who notices my frustration and hands me a free ticket in Section 115 six rows behind the court. Just that kind of night.

(As of now I have no tickets yet for tomorrow. If anyone has extra tickets please let me know. I'll show up at the ticket office tomorrow morning otherwise)

Should be a great game tomorrow. If both teams shoot like they did today, Jays will roll. However, given the last few games the Cats will shoot Lights out. I wouldn't mind a "1st team to 90" shootout.

I haven't really been following the other conference tournaments, but doubt their games have been as competitive or that the finishes have been as exciting. Almost all of the games in the BET have come down to the last possession. The BET has been great.
