I would actually prefer Nova on the hopes that wins over X and Nova just might get us to a 5 seed. Without Nova, a 6 is probably our ceiling. Lose tonight and we might be stuck with a 7.

Love Seton Hall's effort. Their work rate far outpaced Nova and they looked like they wanted it more. That said, Nova's talent was clear despite the missed shots. I fully expect a lot more scoring from them in the second half.

I always hate to root against Nova because of how much they've done for the league but I'm rooting for Seton Hall. I want to first say I'm at a 50/50 on Xavier beating Creighton and I'd be at 50/50 for Seton Hall and I'd be 0/100 if Xavier were to play Nova. I'm figuring if Xavier wins then loses they'll be in the 8/9 matchup. If they lose to Creighton they'll be a 10 and if they win it out they'll be a 7. I feel Xavier's best chance is Creighton then Seton Hall and the worse thing that could happen is to lose to Nova in the Finals and be in that 8/9 seed range in the NCAA tournament.
