So a warmup game with DePaul followed by the same, Creighton, Xavier, Villanova path we took the title last year. I'll take it.

lol ^^^

i don't think shu should be considering anyone a warm up game right now.

very realistic that y'all lose your next three games at home (pending bluiett's ankle). but it does appear as though seton hall will need to win the bet to make the ncaa tournament, at this point.

hardly trolling. just look at the seton hall upcoming schedule:

vs Creighton
vs Villanova
vs Xavier
@ DePaul
vs Georgetown
@ Butler

going .500 in that stretch is pretty optimistic. we'll see what happens, but that is a tough way to finish the regular season for a bubble team.

What you're missing is that Seton Hall has been very good at home - the only lost to Butler, who they always lose to. Going .500 in this stretch is the most likely scenario. They'll be favored against DePaul and Georgetown, dogs against Butler and Nova, and the Creighton and X games will likely be considered toss-ups. That puts them into the BET needing 1 win to have a chance and 2 to feel safe.

If they can manage 4-2, they're probably in but could use a BET win to feel very safe.

Suggesting already that winning the BET is Seton Hall's only path to the dance at this point is either stupid or trolling.

1st off, it's bush league that the moderators/admin would allow someone to have this screen name. real bush league.

2nd off, for Seton Hall- Hall you say that they've been good at home. conference play they're 4-1. wins over St John's, DePaul, Providence, and Marquette, and a loss to Butler. Not exactly the toughest teams. Lets see with quite possibly the 3 best teams coming in how they do, along with Georgetown.

Just curious, I see that Creighton has the bye over X as of now with the same record of 8-4. How? I guess they played tougher in conference schedule or something like that? Thanks for the response.

1st tie-breaker is head to head(1-1), next is record vs. teams above them in standings. Neither has beaten Nova(although Creighton has only played them once), next team is Butler, Creighton is 2-0 against them and that's why they get the 2 seed.
