Here's my biggest problem with last night and the future of SJU Basketball...
The loss last night is easily Mullin's worst loss at St. John's. There's really no debate. They lost to Incarnate Word and NJIT last year, but those teams finished in the 200s in KenPom. Delaware State is one of the very worst teams in the country.
Preseason, I just assumed St. John's would improve because -- frankly -- they couldn't get worse. They might prove me wrong.

Friday night will tell us a lot. They play at a putrid Tulane team. If they lose there, after this debacle, I don't know if there's going to be any hope.
