Just one of those days for Seton Hall. Can't get anything to fall and the frustration is showing.

Without question a horrifically embarrassing loss to a team they should've beaten, but not one that should be over analyzed. Not many teams would survive their top 3 scorers all having career worst shooting nights at the same time. Just the type of game where you need to burn the tape and get back at it.

Yeah, everyone has at least one of those games during the year. Bad shooting becomes contagious and there is not much the coaches can do about that.

Say what you will, I think there's a pronounced gap between the top four league teams and the other 6.

Yeah I agree. And all but DePaul of those other 6 have 2 OOC losses already, and just look
DePaul- @ Northwestern, vs Temple, Missouri St/USC
Georgetown- @ Syracuse, UConn
Marquette- @ Georgia, Fresno, Wisconsin
Providence- Rhode Island, UMass
Seton Hall- Cal, South Carolina
St John's- @ Syracuse

those games will really tell us how many BE teams are going to be in the tourney.

It will be great to see four ranked teams tomorrow, the most for the NBE. The 5-7 teams are solid, and GT, StJ and DePaul have shown flashes of hope. I'm thrilled with my Jays and very very happy with the league

All my preseason predictions have been wrong thus far. I thought Butler and Providence would be worse than expected and Seton Hall and St. John's would be better than expected.

With Seton Hall:
- Florida is really good so that's not a bad loss. The game was very close.
- Stanford is solid so that's not a bad loss either. The Hall should have beaten them, and was a missed opportunity for another good win, and is annoying because they were up 10 late in 1st half. But not a disaster of a loss.
- Miami of Fla also went 1-2 in this same tourney.
- The Iowa road win will go a long way. They're a solid team with the Jok kid. Their problem is their idiotic non-conference scheduling, from the Wojo playbook. Kennesaw State, Stetson, Omaha, Delaware State... plus they knew they'd get Savannah State and Rio Grande Valley as part of the Emerald Coast... that's a lot of RPI crushing opponents. Point is, Seton Hall's win at Iowa is a good win

Not really sold on Iowa. they are 3-3 and have OOC games left with ND, Iowa St, and No Iowa. They could easily lose all 3. That would be 6 OOC losses. then they are projected for 8-10 in conference play. That is 15-16 That is no good win.
