The true "weirdo" in Maui is Bill Walton.

It's amazing to call game 6 of 31 a must win, but that's pretty close to the case with how tough the Big East is going. After tomorrow looks like only Syracuse would be a chance to get another decent OOC win unless UConn turns it around.

They certainly have to start piling up W's but it's not a must win. They could lose tomorrow and beat Nova, X, CU, Butler and SHU in conference and be in pretty good shape. That's why having a strong conference is so important. If Oregon wins the Pac12, that win could be very big come March.

Lol, right, that's funny.
But I'd rather listen to 24 hours of Bill Walton than 5 minutes of Bilas. At least Walton would be entertaining and he's a legend, and I could learn something. Bilas was a sucky sulky whiny player and does the same thing behind a microphone.
jfan wrote:I know it's Bilas, but he said something about Georgetown during the Wisconsin game that I really agree with. They have lost their intimidation factor. People used to be afraid to play the Hoyas because they were an imposing team and you knew you were going to get beat up physically. They would always out tough people. I think they had a 5-10 point lead before the game started because of the intimidation they brought. That is gone. Look how Wisconsin abused them with rebounding last night. Granted, Wisconsin is a tough rebounding team, but 20-1 on offensive rebounds? That never used to happen with Georgetown. It starts with coaching. I still think that they have the talent to turn this around, but they need to hurry up! They will probably beat Creighton in DC anyway as we haven't ever won there, but they need to start winning more in the noncon.
