I wish he'd say "conference of champions" and "play on" more

Oh my gosh has Bill Walton been awful so far. He is going nuts over Jessie Govan swinging his elbows even though no contact was made and the Oregon guy just flopped to try and draw a foul.

Georgetown is actually playing pretty well so far, mostly on the defensive end. If they can find some offense to counter the inevitable Oregon run they could spring the upset. Georgetown is up 24 - 17 at the under 4:00 timeout.

Not a crisp offensive game at the moment (particularly, from Oregon's end, as they've been awful). Hoyas up by 7. Still a long way to go.

Walton is a terrible listen. He made my ears bleed a season ago, per the Maui commentating.

How much is this going to be viewed as Georgetown back on track, and how much of it is when combined with Baylor(66-49 loss) Oregon struggling big time? I guess we'll know the answer tomorrow, when there wouldn't be any such questions with Wisconsin....

I don't get it.. This makes the Arkansas State loss even more inexplicable. This could be a season changing win though as I really do think Oregon is easily a top 10 team. Finish it!

Aren't you supposed to be a Georgetown fan? Why not just be happy your team is crushing a ranked team at the half?

SJU plays MSU on Wednesday, who has struggled but is ranked. If we win that game the last thing on my mind will be what the talking heads are saying.

We know what Georgetown is, they are a very inconsistent but capable team. Take whatever you can get and hope they can play with consistency moving forward (starting with this second half).
