Ugly basketball so far in the PC game. The noon start is showing on players on both teams. Friars without a FG after 6 minutes.

Friars take first lead in the game, 13-12, with 9 minutes remaining in the first half. Team is lifeless. Cooley going to the freshmen to try and get some energy.

Friars lead Grambling 39-26 at the half. Bullock and Holt leading the way offensively with 11 and 10 points respectively. Sluggish first 10 minutes then Cooley got pissed and the players responded well. Hopefully smooth sailing the rest of the way.

PC beats Grambling State by a score of 71-54 as part of the Emerald Coast Classic. Bullock finishes with 18, Holt finishes with 17, and Cartwright 8 points with 8 assists. Won't be airing on ESPNClassic any time soon, but a W is a W. Next up is a Monday home game against St. Francis Brooklyn also as part of the Emerald Coast Classic. Now it's on to the Pats tomorrow at SF. Have a great weekend everyone.
