.) Georgetown- Love their history- players, coach, big-time program, etc. While I believe JTIII would have been fired if his last name wasn't Thompson, I still think he can coach given the right players. I think they'll improve a good amount this year and a good Georgetown is great for the BE.
.) Villanova- Honestly the NC last year really bumped Nova up a lot in my book. I had never rooted for any non-Providence/Boston/New England team more than I did for last year's Nova squad. In 30 years I think we'll look back at that NC as the moment the "NBE" was truly born.
.) Marquette- Great history, great uniforms, great college players turned NBA players. As one of the 3 current BE teams to have won a basketball NC, I'm rooting for them to get back to their winning ways.
.) Creighton- Really respect their fan base. The way they fill up CenturyLink Center night after night, year after year is impressive. When I saw first hand how many fans traveled to the BE Tourney in 2014 (to watch the Friars beat them in the final) I knew that they were legit.
.) Butler- Love what they built under Brad Stevens (and loving getting to watch him up close and personal with the Celtics). Hinkle is a gem; would love to get there for a PC-Butler game at some point.
.) DePaul- A true sleeping giant. McCormick Place will hopefully be a game changer for them. Would love to see them get some fan support there. Wins would help do that.
.) Xavier- Really hope this is their year to make it to the Final 4 and beyond. Also really like the Cintas Center and the atmosphere there. That being said, there's been too much love overall for Xavier so just had to bump them down a few notches for no real good reason.
.) Seton Hall- I think this subconsciously comes down to my upbringing since age 3 to dislike any team from New York. I figured NJ was close enough so here we are. Also, South Orange is... interesting. Maybe if they wore their old-school script jerseys for every game it may bump them up.
.) St. John's- Never really liked their fans or players much. They self-inflate their program way too much- the amount of times I've heard they are top-10 all-time in wins is nauseating.

The feeling from those in the New York area is mutual about those in New England. hahaha
