If we are going just on talent then Marquette is still one step ahead of the last 3. The problem is Wojo is still totally unproven. I picked St. John's because I think they are getting a huge increase of talent and their existing tools (Yakwe and Sima) are only going to get better. Its by no means a guarantee, I guess I just don't have faith in Wojo.

Respect the opinion but keep in mind that Wojo turned a 13 win team into a 20 win team in one season despite the 7th most inexperienced roster in the country. He still has to prove himself but it's not like he's been bad.

I took PC. Best coach by a mile.

The logic I don't get is someone saying Wojo is totally unproven, but then going with St John's. Mullin is more unproven than Wojo is.

"Someone" lol. I guess the proven/unproven stuff isn't 100% sound. But Wojo had much better rosters than Mullin and he has finished 9th and 7th. My gut just tells me St. John's will be better.

last year they had 8 conference wins. with the 344th most experienced team in the country. They won 20 games overall(granted with a poor OOC schedule)- without the help of a post season tourney.

I just think there's a lot more questions about Mullin as a coach compared to Wojo.

When your choices to pick a 7th place include a Marquette and a Providence you know the league has to be loaded. I went for MU
Stony Brook Red, Connecticut Blue, and Big East basketball!
