The Jays' noncon RPI should be at least 100 places better than last season - I can't really complain too much.

Akron, Buffalo and ORU are great "buy" games.

Wisconsin will be huge!

Wisconsin will probably be the only top 25 rpi team but Creighton has the potential to play 6 P5 teams (Wisconsin, ASU, WSU, NC State, Ole Miss, Nebraska), 4 of which will probably be top 100 rpi teams (WSU and Nebraska likely not).

Yeah, I'd give it a B too. Was hoping for another F5 home game. It should be much better than last year, but you never know till the dust settles!

The Advocare Invitational bracket was released and Seton Hall opens with the Florida Gators. It's a must win for the Pirates as the second round opponent will be Gonzaga or Quinnipiac. Full Bracket is as follows:

Gonzaga
Quinnipiac
---------------
Seton Hall
Florida
-----------------------------
Iowa State
Indiana State
---------------
Stanford
Miami

A win over Florida likely means Gonzaga and then another P5 game regardless of the result against the Zags. A loss to Florida likely means Quinnipiac and then either Stanford or Miami (hopefully not Indiana State, which would be a disaster). So they could lose and still get 2 decent games, but a win over the Gators guarantees 3 good neutral court games.

Big East Regular Season Champions: 1992, 1993, 2020

3 more games left to come out.

and those 3 games will make or break the schedule. right now it's Vandy, Georgia, Wisconsin, and 2 of Michigan/Pitt/SMU. Need 1 more lock of a good game.

Right now- in Lunardi's latest bracketology for instance-
Vandy 8 seed
Wisconsin 4 seed
Michigan 5 seed/SMU 6 seed

It'll be interesting to see how they seed the tournament.

err- got my answer-
http://espn.go.com/blog/collegebasketba ... -announced
Marquette will play Michigan 1st round. SMU/Pitt play in the other SF.

also on this- battle 4 atlantis times set...
Wichita State vs. LSU, noon, ESPN2
Baylor vs. VCU, 2 p.m., ESPN2
Michigan State vs. St. John's, 7 p.m., AXS
Old Dominion vs. Louisville, 9:30 p.m., AXS

So St John's would need to beat Michigan St to get any games on ESPN.
