the thing is when you have a schedule like Xavier with a lot of good games- odds are pretty solid that at least 1 of those 6 games would turn out to be a top 10-15 team. If not more. I know in Rothstein's current ratings- Cincy is 20 and Colorado I think was 23. Not that much of a leap for one of those teams to get up into the top 10-15.

Good point. Not many people had Xavier as a top 10 team last year. Most didn't even have them in the top 25 preseason.

Yeah, it's a pretty safe bet that we'll be frustrated with one of the opponents not living up to preseason expectations, while be happy about how another team surpassed them.

not a lot of 'cakes on this schedule. Even NDSU and EWU have most everyone back.

Xavier's schedule is outstanding, signed the suffering Marquette season ticket holders.

Is this season looking any better for Marquette? I figure Wojo learned his lesson from last year about RPI killers.

Full schedule hasn't been released yet but it looks promising so far.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
