If it's so incompetent then go back to the A-10. I'm sure Dayton would be happy to take your spot.
Not a bad idea, we would get to play the better NYC team again.

How can you honestly say this quibble is still about out of conference scheduling. Lol. The Big East isn't some cult object that we worship... Nor is St John's the police force to remind the newbies (who have done their fair share of work for the conference since 2013) to know their place.
The BE is fallible, Xavier is too. But good luck getting any fans of any program to admit their AD is straight up lying to them. As someone said before, the truth of the matter probably lies somewhere in the grey area, perhaps a miscommunication, or a misunderstanding. Or maybe one of the parties is just trying to cover their ass. Does it really matter, though? We will likely never know the details of what actually happened, until we do. In which case, there won't be anything to argue about.
Who said St. John's is the police? I Redman, who happen to be a SJU alum have an issue with the level of chicken little/conspiracy theory complaining going on here about X's spot in the Gavitt games. Yes, I have an issue with a new team bad mouthing the league because they didn't get preferential treatment. X booked themselves in the PR tournament which is the same week as the Gavitt games. Thats the entire reason why they aren't playing this year. X wasn't "screwed" and the conference isn't "incompetent" because you didn't get what you wanted. You guys have an issue with that, fine.

How about some of you X fans not bad mouth the league YOU JUST ENTERED because one little thing didn't go your way? We've been here 30+ years. We've earned our spot. Now be quiet and earn yours too.
