Mike Krazooski (intentional misspelling), who announced that the ACC (all cheat conference) would try to play their conference championship in MSG on the same day that Dave Gavitt passed away, can shove it. Doug Gottlieb can shove it. ESPN, who has done all that it can to ignore this league for fear that they could compete with and maybe someday surpass their beloved ACC(all cheat conference) can shove it. Pittsburgh, whose AD spearheaded the move to reject ESPN's last contract offer to the Big East while simultaneously negotiating their move to the ACC(all cheat conference) can shove it. The journalists who continually refer to the Football 5 as the Power 5 can shove it. That bald headed jackass who left Marquette to coach at one of the worst football 5 basketball jobs in the country can shove it. The journalists that continually refer to the Big East as the New Big East can shove it. Notre Dame and the turtleneck, who could have stayed independent in football and continue to be a Big East member, can shove it. Louisville, UNC and Syracuse, partners in crime in the ACC (all cheat conference) can shove it. And finally, Uconn football can shove it. CONGRATULATIONS NOVA!

Not sure if it was mentioned, but the reason for Barkley's reaction probably had a lot to do with the fact his daughter is a recent Villanova grad.

Lol, Charles made a lot of money on that shot. Nothing else gets him up off his ass like that.

Now, that Villanova won, I can watch the Big East Championship Game again. What a classic Seton Hall and Villanova gave us in a filled MSG on FOX. Didn't want to re-watch it during the ncaa tourament to jinx Villanova.

the thing I think is so amazing about the last shot is just how rare it is in sports to have a walk off like that.

We're talking like 30 tops. It's really amazing when you think about it just how rare this is.

Belated congrats to Nova and all it's fans. What a tremendous accomplishment and something you will never forget. I watched that game with such anxiety that it sort of felt like I was pulling for a family member. In a way, I guess I was.

Unfortunately for Bernhard, while the Cats had a whole new team, it was still Bernhard...only 31 years older. In this day and age, the over 40's 'can linger but they can't last' to win a major. It's tough to have 4 major-tournament-class rounds, in a row, at that age. Good effort, but nobody stops time and age.

Yeah. I loved it though, they even mentioned Nova yesterday in the telecast. I can't remember if it was Nantz or one of his co-horts- they even said the line that Nantz used on Monday night when the Jenkins shot went up- for the championship .....
