I think losing Christian Jones might hurt a bit. I posted on here a few times I was very impressed with the way he played this year. Not an all league guy but a guy who is not afraid to get his hands dirty and contributes. He would have been able to give some senior leadership as well next year. Perhaps SJU is in good with a few players who can play next year and Jones knew it was time to move on if he wanted to get playing minutes.

Rockwell ends up being right. Christian Jones is leaving St. John's. Will pursue pro ball chances.

gut feeling tells me, one of the bigs comes off the bench and Mussini starts.

SJUBBALL, I agree with the frontcourt, and Lovett.
I wouldn't start Ponds in November (he'll be a freshmen.), nor Mussini. I'd have Ellison start at SG. Hey, if Ponds shows he can handle college right away, and he's playing better then Ellison or Mussini then yeah start him.
To me you start with the guys who has been here, atleast in the beginning.

If it were me I'd start Shamorie from day one, but I definitely could see Mussini or Ellison get the nod.

It's official, Marvin Clark is a Johnny. That's a very good pickup. Getting a transfer from a blue-blood program like Michigan State is always intriguing.

Once again, it's official! Justin Simon is headed to Queens from Arizona. Mullin and the coaching staff have done a SUPERB job recruiting big time talent! But can they develop them and have them play as a team??

I guess this is the best place to put it but Chris Obekpa hired an agent. Never played a game at UNLV
