It's not over yet...one more to go! Proud to have Nova carrying the conference banner, couldn't pick a better coach or a classier program. Congrats! And make sure you beat whoever comes from the cheater side of the bracket!

Biggest margin in final 4 history. Nuff said. Congrats Nova
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

I was so sick of hearing Villanova is a weak number one team the country. They play in the Big East. They lost to Oklahoma and Virginia.

Way to go Nova.

Gottileb is already retreating back to a new anti big east argument, calling us out for having no other teams making the second weekend. Some guys just can't admit they are wrong and move on. Still, even he can't get in the way of a what has been a great night!

What a beat down

This is unreal. I need to apologize to the program for doubting them this year. Geez. What a record breaking beatdown in the final four. They made Oklahoma look like Jr. Varsity. Wooow. At this point I would be really surprised if Nova doesn't seal the deal this Monday. They almost feel destined to win it all. What a great way to end the year for that program and for the conference. This will energize fan bases all across the Big East. Hugeee!

Congratulations to Jay Wright and his Wildcats.

Villanova throttles Oklahoma to advance to the national title game - Jeff Eisenberg, Yahoo!

Jeff Eisenberg wrote:
In a display of dominance few expected leading up to Saturday's game, Villanova throttled Oklahoma 95-51 to earn a title shot on Monday night against either North Carolina or Syracuse. The Wildcats led by 14 points at halftime and delivered the knockout punch early in the second half en route to a result that shattered the record for largest margin of victory in a national semifinal.

There were many heroes for Villanova on a night when it silenced all talk of NRG Stadium's poor sight lines for shooters by hitting a jaw-dropping 71.4 percent of their field goal attempts.

Josh Hart scored a game-high 23 points on 10-for-12 shooting, punishing Oklahoma on everything from put-backs, to driving layups, to pull-up jumpers. Ryan Arcidiacono, Kris Jenkins, Mikal Bridges and Ochefu each also scored in double figures as the Wildcats shredded a Sooners defense ranked in the top 15 nationally all season.
