Atmosphere was fantastic

Great game. Very entertaining

Seton hall came out and played much tougher in the first half. But villanova showed some real grit with the comeback. But then seton hall kept doing what they had to do.

That hart 5 second call was such a killer. Have to be smarter than that.

Whitehead deserved big east player of the year.

I was fine with the no call at the end. Refs could have called a foul. But I didn't tgink there was enough contact to justify ine.

Whitehead's final and one drive was more of a charge than a block, but jenkins got away with a push off on the three just prior. It evened out.

Such a fun atmosphere. Great production all around.

Officiating in the chamionship game was fine.

The officiating in the providence nova game, both sides of the coin, was atrocious.

Great atmosphere, great game, great way to represent the conference. Wonderful way to cap the Big East season. Very happy for Seton Hall.

I said this on another thread, will say it again. I've been to all three newvBE tournaments and this one was the best, even though my boys got taken out in the first game. Great atmosphere all four days, especially last night. I'll leave it to the oldtimers to reminisce about the old tourney, but the new BE tourney took a big step forward this year.

Man, those are 2 great quotes from Wright and Willard. I love it. At the end of the day, the ACC teams are just tourists. They get a slice of pizza, then fly home. The only thing i take issue with, is that the writer implied that only our eastern schools can rock the Mecca, when actually all 10 of us can make it happen and all 10 of us are at "home".

Having a sold out Garden with that atmosphere... game on Fox... one of the biggest issues with the new Big East was just solved. Only took a year.
