Incorrect, if Marquette and PC win and Creighton loses, then there is a 3 way tie at 9-9 between Creighton, Butler, and Marquette. Creighton finishes 5th via the win over Xavier, then Butler 6th via their sweep of SH.
In this scenario
Creighton 5th
Butler 6th
Marquette 7th

wrong Head to Head is always your 1st tiebreaker... you do a mini 3 team division with those 3 teams...
Marquette 2-0 vs Butler, 1-1 vs Creighton 3-1
Creighton 1-1 vs Marquette 1-1 vs Butler 2-2
Butler 0-2 vs Marquette 1-1 vs Creighton 1-3
Marquette 5th, Creighton 6th, Butler 7th.....
Westbrook#36 wrote:What happens in case of a 4 way tie at 9-9 between Providence, Marquette, Creighton, and Butler? Both PC and Marq. would be 4-2 while Creighton and Butler 2-4, does the tiebreaker between Marq. and PC go to head-to-head(Marq. 2-0) or best win over top team(PC win over Nova)? If it's head-to-head that means Marquette can still finish 4th.

Tie-breaker last year was first based on the records of the three tied teams against each other. MU would be 3-1 against CU and BU, while BU would be 1-3. CU at 2-2 within the mini three-team pool, and would remain in 6th.
