By the end of the season I would predict
1. Nova
2. Xavier
3. Seton Hall
4. Providence
5. Butler
6. Creighton
7. Marquette
8. Georgetown
9. DePaul
10. St. John's

Incorrect. Mathematically Villanova and Xavier could finish the season tied at 14-4. 'Nova still may win the tiebreaker in that scenario but right now who knows.

Correct on DePaul & St. John's however.

I think you're wrong. Seton Hall performance would break the tie- Nova is 2-0 vs them and X is 1-1 vs them. I think in the other thread someone said that Nova clinched the 1 seed.

X has 2nd because they were 1-1 vs Nova while SH was 0-2 vs them....

The only tie breaker Xavier would have over Nova is Providence who cannot get above Seton Hall so yes Nova clinched 1 and Xavier clinched 2

Hopefully Butler can jump up a seed line or 2. They're the one team currently below Seton Hall in the standings that I want absolutely no part of.

Most of us Butler fans would be okay with playing you guys a third time. :D

That said, you guys have been crazy good as of late. We may change our minds after Wednesday.

As you guys should. You're not a good match-up for us and have owned us since joining the BE (with our 1 win coming by a point in a BET game in which, if we're honest, neither team played very well).

I'm not saying we can't beat you, the same way I'm not saying PC and Creighton can't beat us. Anyone in this league can beat anyone on their day, I just think the Hall matches up with those 2 a little more favorably than Butler.

Sounds like you see us, like a lot of BU fans see us vs X this year, we don't match up well with them. We win and CU loses, it'll probably move us up to the Nova side of the bracket. (Not that it is a whole lot better of a chance if we make it to them, but we play them tougher and match up a little better with them. That's also thinking X beats CU @ home.)

Crazy season, but I think the best teams are coming back to form at the right time for 5 teams to get in. Don't think the bottom 5 are going to roll over for any of us and might have a few more surprises for us all!
Lets go Dawgs!
