Big East doesn't have to win the title this year- but they have to get a team or two in the sweet 16- and not by a fliuky type situation like last year with X. And one of those has got to be Nova quite frankly. and really get into the elite 8 at least....

What a ridiculously asinine assertion. Xavier has been to the Sweet 16 5 of the last 8 years. And to be honest, as a diehard X fan, I really can't remember who we beat for half those runs to achieve that all important spot in the second weekend. I can guarantee you the average college basketball fan can't either. But they do remember that X was/has been in the Sweet 16 often.
I will be almost as nervous as I am for Xavier games when watching Nova in the tourney this year(was driving back from the X win over Gstate last year and felt physically ill listening to NC State close Nova out...and I don't like NC state). That "second round" game to get to the Sweet 16 will be hands down the most pressure packed game for the Nova squad all year. WHEN they (Nova) wins that game, every other team in the tournament BEWARE. With that monkey off their back, the flood gates obliterated........ watch the f#ck out for the Wildcats. They will be SO lose, relieved, full of confidence, and easily the most dangerous team in the tournament. I just don't think they will face that type of pressure again for the rest of the tournament (Final Four would be a "different" type of pressure.) I really hope X and Nova are on opposite sides of the bracket. Alright, fine. I'd be okay if we could meet up in the semis.
Content results:
2-4 teams Sweet 16
1-2 Elite 8
1 Final Four
Interesting question. What are the most amount of same conference teams to make the Final Four? I wold assume there have been more than a few teams from the same conference that have faced off for the National Championship game? Pageing Stever!!!

I was no math major, but I believe that is 83% of the top 5. Woot.
