I apologize for posters like Rooster or NJRedman. Both of them are nuts who go berserk the second they don't agree with something instead of simply stating their opinions. The overwhelming majority of SJ fans would appreciate what you say. I'll admit I do have concern over Mullin coaching, but as long as we can recruit well (indications are that we should be able to), we should be ok. Recruiting is the life blood of college hoops programs. I don't think we get Alkins or Maker. Both are longshots. But what we need to do is get a handful of 4 star kids to lead the team and mix them with some 3 star 4 year players who have genuine skill and sound mechanics. I look at Xavier's roster and I see lots of 3 star guys...some not even in the Rivals 150 and they turn out to be absolute studs. We need those. In the Lavin era, we had lots of 4 star players but most only clicked at the end of their senior year if at all. We had good individual players, but the chemistry was missing. Solid 3 star guys are like the egg in the batter that keeps everything together. That being said, I will be genuinely disappointed if we are not in the top 25 at some point or don't make the tourney in the next year or 2 the way we are recruiting. We are so overdue for a solid decade or so of constant top 25 appearances and continuity. I hope it's coming.

Really? Where do I start, narcissistic one? Should I start about your out-of-control Twitter blustering? You're a total whack job with your multiple personalities on Redmen.com. What's worst than your multiple personalities is you post under several of your monikers on the mentioned site. Tell me how crazy is that? Once again, I'll be awaiting for you to fabricate. You're not fooling anyone! I've long been on to your tomfoolery. There is a reason you've been banned a ton of times from St. John's basketball sites. Your obnoxious behavior and bigotry ways are the reasons.
No one cares or gives a crap about what you say (regardless, how many screennames you use). Get lost!

I have not posted on Redmen for 2 or 3 years and even they know that. It still amuses me how convinced you are that I'm 50 different people though . What's out of control on twitter? Being angry when we can't make FT's and miss about 500 easy fast break layups (that's assuming our fast break even makes it near the hoop)? That's considered normal on planet earth as a major St. John's fan. Redmen is a collection of over the hill men from the days when Mullin was a player. They are totally disconnected with the real pulse of the fanbase in modern times. They know each other in real life and if you have a different opinion they will just give you the boot. The SJ forums are the strictest forums in the Big East and perhaps all of major college hoops. Go look on the Boneyard for UConn, they can post anything. Different POV's, freedom of speech (imagine that), and arguing is allowed. Their threads don't get locked the second someone ruffles feathers. It's just college basketball...but apparently any disagreement is too much to handle .
I'm glad to have Creighton in this conference and it will take them a bit to get back on their feet after losing McDermott, but I'm not worried about them. They are all-in for basketball and their fans pack the place.
