I'm surprised Stever didn't go into a rant about how it's bad to have three teams in the top 10 of the rpi

Why would I? A RPI setup like this is MUCH better than what the Big East has had the last 2 years. Teams at the top are what matters, not how deep the conference is.

I agree except that i would swap 7 and 8. Not sure that SJU wins a game; it will certainly not be favored in any BE game. That said, I think that Mullin will have them rocking in another couple of years.

Hey, I know it hasn't happened on the road yet, but the Hall is riding a streak of 3 straight years with a win over Nova. It's more likely to happen in Newark but the Pirates have definitely been a thorn in Nova's side lately.

At the Pavilion will be tough for the Hall. Probably a 10+ pt win for Nova.

Without question the Hall has found a way to beat us recently. I recall Gibbs playing really well against us both in the BET win and last year in Newark. Much like the X game, I just think it is really, really tough to beat VU at the Pavillion.

Let me lay some hard data on you guys. Since the nBE began the Villanova Wildcats have played exactly 12 conference games at the Pavilion. They have outscored their opponents by an AVERAGE of 22.8 pts per game. In those 12 games (12-0) they have never had as much as one single-digit game. Let that sink in...

I like what I am seeing from SHU but I actually think they are in for a really tough night.
Go Nova!
