These teams are battling. Creighton looks decent so far. SJ looks young, but better than they have in some of their games.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Definitely some improvements running the man to man offense. Still not good, but better. This announcer is right, pure energy and effort keeping SJU in the game

Becoming a bit of a foul fest here at the end of the half though.

Freshman move by Sima getting the technical foul. It was a really nice dunk, though. This SJ team has talent. CU playing with a lot of effort.

Who would've thought the most exciting game of the day would be SJU vs Creighton? Up and down exciting action. Zierden finally just missed 2 threes, thank god cause he's been killing us in the second half with some timely threes

Groselle playing like an absolute beast. Perfect from the floor and repeatedly owning the paint.

Good win for Creighton. They stayed very disciplined, stuck with what worked (Groselle) and played tough defense. St. John's, despite the loss, showed some good things. I am hoping they can somehow get 6 wins in conference this year. That would be a good accomplishment I think

St. John's isn't going to win many games in Big East play.
