Let me also thank the moderators for their time!

Just a thought, but I see you said some posters are "under moderation." I'm not trying to make more work for you guys, but it would be nice if some posters would post "in moderation," ie., 5 to 10 posts a day, thereby forcing some (one in particular) to be more selective in what they (he) posts.

Message boards do not need moderators, they need Javascript. No one's post should be removed for any reason whatsoever, it completely cancels the reason why there are message boards. To insure no one is using inappropriate language, you simply build a replace library. Controlling the message is bad, controlling offensive language is good. Hell, you can have your page automatically scan for spammers too, if that ever became a problem.

Right on .. by picking moderators that censor posts, this board has no real purpose. You dont want to end up like foxnews and only allow one point of view to be expressed.
