1. West Virginia
2. Boston College
3. Miami (1 fluke year last yr)
4. Cincy
5. Rutgers (not that they were ever good in the Big East beyond 1 or 2 years)
6. Notre Dame

UConn might be #7 once their insane group of guards leave (Napier, Calhoun, Boatright).
