Yeah, at least at #15.
UNC bolted up from #23 to #15 based on their Louisville win, even though they had lost to Belmont, struggled vs Holy Cross, and beat like Oakland and Richmond.

The week that UNC bolted up, they beat a 4-2 Richmond team and then #2 Louisville.

I think part of things- only 2 teams ranked 16-25 have lost this week so far in coaches at least... #18 Creighton and #23 Iowa. Not many have a shot to lose tomorrow.. The only ones that come to mind are Kentucky- #4 8 Oklahoma St/19 Memphis, 10 Gonzaga, 12 Wichita St(plays Saint Louis), and possibly 24 VCU(vs Belmont).

I tuned into a Nova game and for a while at least a Creighton shooting exhibition broke out.

I thought Baylor(18) had already lost this week, so that might be a potential opening (it was a close game against Syracuse, so maybe not). Wichita state is in legitimate danger against SLU, make no mistake. That said, unless it is a blowout they will probably not be in danger of dropping out of the top 25. Memphis will likely lose, although whether they remain in the top 25 is a matter of margin of loss. On the off chance that UAB beats UNC I think they would drop out (far outside chance). I think we have opportunities and will have at least 2 teams (Creighton and Nova) in the polls next week.

You are right about Baylor... It'll be close between those 2...

I don't know about Creighton. no one below them except for Iowa lost, and they have a replacement in Nova for them. A team that wasn't ranked that I think will get ranked is Pitt. 3 big wins this week, including one vs Stanford.

I'm assuming we are out, so that makes 2 places. It will likely be Creighton or Pitt for our spot.

RPI look-
Good- Nova. Up to #6 right now..... what more can you say.
Bad- Xavier. Down to #144 right now... 53 spots worse than any other BE team.

at least in the one I was looking at- coaches- Marquette wasn't in there.

AP poll, Creighton was 2 slots lower than in the coaches. Iowa St and UCLA ahead of Creighton in AP. AP didn't have VCU ranked. I think that'll probably change on Monday.
