Good way of putting it. I respect Georgetown, we hate St. Joes. Although I'd rather see a Big 5 team win if the other team doesn't matter...

Looking forward to Xavier/Georgetown probably most of all for my Big East team (X). I think Xavier/Butler will be the long-term rivalry though.

Butler and X is already established, but I definitely think the potential is there for some great rivalries between all of the western schools (Creighton, Marq, Butler, X and DePaul)

With Notre Dame gone, I don't know who MU's rival is/will be. The fact that I'm struggling to think of one shows that we really don't have one.
We had two very close games against Butler last year, but with Stevens gone, Im not sure it'll be as competitive (at least in the short-term). I hope Im wrong on that.
Otherwise, we've had some pretty close games against SJU. Jimmy Butler's buzzer-beater at the Carnesecca. Eliminating SJU in the BE tourney a couple yrs ago. Oh, and the buzzer-beater last year to clinch a share of the BE "regular season" "title" (does air quotes). Plus, Lavin reminds me of Crean. SJU as a rival? Any takers?
