Very, very bad news indeed. How much will this impact the early part of the Pirates' season?

I don't see how they can participate in the Louisville mte. The first looks impossible and I don't see how they could safely play the second either. You can't jump from 2 weeks of quarantine straight into a game.

That's the big problem on top of the 14 day big problem. It's not like these guys can just suit up on day 15 and go play. That's an injury waiting to happen.

or getting run out of the gym at a minimum...

Sad for Seton Hall but it will be OK. There are going to be a lot of frustrating aspects and your number one objective is patience. Think of Nov-Dec as a sort of preseason and the spring should be the “real” season with MayMadness with fans with vaccination passes. Basically what Pitino is saying but let the kids play as many games as they can before X-mas break. Only 30 percent of the college football games are being played but I’ve enjoyed this season just as much. A cancellation is better than a loss, right????

Save the Season. Move the start back. Play league schedule and have May Madness. Spiking and protocols make it impossible to play right now. (@RealPitino)
