Ha!

Hinkle Fieldhouse: home of malfunctioning shot clocks, loose water fountains, and now a leaky roof.

Thought you guys cleaned-up the zeppelin hanger.

Whatever... We got Onions! We also have a winning record in conference, just sayin'...

Touché.

Actually, congrats on the win. What a conference!

I'll play.

Hall loses to the dawgs & McClung. Faces a pot. 3 game losing streak vs Nova.
Nova loses to the dawgs @ Hinkle. Ditto vs the Hall.
Jays are currently the leagues hottest team. Win on the road at Prov.
Roll Damn Jays!

PO-tentially setting up the 12 Feb tilt Jays vs SH as the battle for the league lead/Champeenship.
FIFY Uber. ;)

Don't quite know what "feces" you're talking about but CU played like poo tonight. Don't get too down though...hoping that you and ChestRockwell can comfort each other. After all, you are his BOY.
Providence made us look like poo. Great job by them! I also blame gtmo (don't know why, I just want to blame someone!)

Apparently it wasn’t technically the roof that was leaking, but a window. Not that it makes much of a difference.

Anyway, hell of a game. Nova hit some big shots down the stretch. Gillespie was unstoppable tonight. Luckily, Butler put together one of their most complete performances of the year. And they needed all of that to take down Nova.

Is Providence playing their way onto the bubble? Yes, I know they would still have a lot of work today and very little margin for error. But back-to-back wins against ranked teams and a 6-4 Big East record (with the 4 losses all coming to ranked teams) is pretty damn impressive.

That was a great Big East game last night between Villanova and Butler. I am hoping a lot of people were watching. Butler did a great job of exposing our weak interior defense. If Bey and Gillespie didn't play out of their minds it could have gotten ugly for the Cats. I am happy the team never gave up though and made it interesting until the last shot.

Villanova's starting 5 is really good, the bench is really questionable right now. Anyway, it was a dog fight, and the dogs won. Congrats Butler. Good win.

Look at Providence-
Providence- Have games left @ Xavier, @ St John's, and @ Georgetown, Xavier, and DePaul. Then also Seton Hall, Marquette, @ Villanova. There is a path here- go 2-1 in the 3 road games, win both home games with Xavier and DePaul, and then get 1 of the tough 3 games left.

That gets them to 18-13 and quite possibly 7 Q1 wins. That might not even get them in Dayton quite frankly.

If they lose to X on Saturday- the margin for error drops a lot. Would have to win all 4 of the "easier" games and still have to get 1 other win.

Again another night that asks whether this is just the best conference!

Powell with 13 3 attempts!
Helps his draft chances even if hes shooting 30%.

Saddiq helps his cause with 5-8!

Some quality players and coaches. Madness.

PC needs to go 12-6 in conference at a minimum, meaning we still have to go 6-2 the rest of the way. This has an extremely low probability of happening, cuz we'd have to play .750 ball the rest of the way. I just want my Friars to keep improving and continue to play hard, but i don't expect an NCAA bid at all.

I have no idea how or why our NET can be as low as 55... maybe cuz the Long Beach loss was only by 1 point?

Last night, Pipkins didn't play in the 2nd half, and Alpha seemed to play mad (in a good way), grabbing a ton of key boards. I have no idea why the Jays shot so poorly. Also, we got a lot of 50/50 calls from the refs.
