I prefer the lone guy on bracket matrix who has The Hall as a 1 seed lol
Seton Hall Pirates
Big East Tournament Champions: 1991, 1993, 2016
Big East Regular Season Champions: 1992, 1993, 2020

Bracketville's S Curve numbers....
Seton Hall 6
Villanova 11
Creighton 18
Butler 19
Marquette 22
DePaul 40(3rd team with bye)

Xavier 69
Georgetown 71
St John's 85
Providence 96

This setup would be about as good as the Big East has ever had IMO. DePaul needs to drop 1 seed to 41 to get to a 11 seed- then it would be perfect- 0 teams in the pit of misery.

Donno about that this year. Would you rather face 1 seed SDSU or Dayton (if they run the table) or 3 seed Duke?

Those are going to be 1 seeds. DePaul right now would be a 10 seed so tracking to a 2 seed in the 2nd rd.

right now 2 seeds are-
Mich St in Cleveland
* Seton Hall in Albany
Florida St in Tampa
Oregon in Spokane

3 seeds are
* Nova in Albany
West Va in Greensboro
Duke in Greensboro
Louisville in St Louis
*- BE team that couldn't happen

none of the 2 seeds are really attractive right now. 3 seeds outside of Duke in Greensboro- I'd take any day compared to the 2 seed line.

BPI says these college basketball teams are better than their places in the standings - Paul Sabin, ESPN Analytics – January 29, 2020
Image
Georgetown Hoyas

W-L: 12-9
BPI: 60*
SOR: 67
KenPom: 54
NET: 52

Similar to Notre Dame, Georgetown has had a bad start to conference play, going 2-6. BPI does not expect things to get much better, projecting a 6.4-11.6 conference record. The Hoyas do not excel in any notable pace adjusted stats; yet the predictive metrics agree that they are a top-60 team. One needed area of improvement is that Georgetown ranks 315th in steal percentage. If Georgetown wants to win more games in a BPI top-three conference, it needs to create more pressure and force more turnovers.

* Note: BPI and KenPom are predictive ratings, strength of record (SOR) is a résumé rating, and the NCAA's NET rating tends to be somewhere in between.

I'm warming up to some of these bracket predictions....

Jays as a 5 or 6 seed...in St Louis. Oh boy!

Back home at the Scottrade/Enterprise Center. Jays would have homecourt advantage.
My rough count, CU is 28-11 in that building...oh boy! ;)
