Great information, Husky. Yet another example of how football doesn't always drive the bus for every school. The Big East is maximizing its revenues by committing itself to the sport that it is most successful at (basketball). Throwing endless and ridiculous amount of money in the dream of high-level football is/was a waste of time and resources for UConn (and many other institutions). In the long-run, this will be an excellent financial decision for the school and athletic programs moving forward.
