Yeah, no surprise here. Sad to see it didn't work out, but clearly not a fit for either party.

Curious how we handle the hole at PG. Gillespie is good, but not what is needed for next level. He is a better spot up 2 and back up PG IMO. Moore may be an answer, but won't know until he gets there. Does Jay take a second dive into the Grad transfer market after what many perceive was a less than successful plunge with Cremo? Or, does a highly rated PG not yet committed commit in the 11th hour? So many questions...

Get used to another sub 300 pace team next season. Won't be expecting a top 10 team.

This team will be ranked preseason, if for no other reason than talent. Nova's got Top 10 talent. It will take a while for the fab frosh to mesh and meld into the teams framework, but it will happen.

Run away with the league? That would be the common assessment, but that depends on the learning curve, and I don't expect that to happen.

Yup. Arizona and Memphis are gonna be ranked with similar recruiting classes and significantly worse returnees and coaches. Nova will probably be in the teens at the lowest probably the back end of the top ten
