Booth and Paschall will be missed but Nova doesn't rebuild. They reload and will yet again be a contender for Big East champs. They were expected to be dethroned this season but Jay Wright wouldn't let that happen.

You meant to say Marquette wouldn't let that happen.

It's tough to pick against a team that will be loaded like Marquette, but my feeling is they won't take the next step without another lead guard paired with Howard. Hopefully that transfer or Elliott can prove me wrong.

I think it's going to be tough to get a freshman to agree to redshirt- especially a top 75 guy.....

That's something Nova had a huge advantage on the last 3 years that won't be there- a ton of guys who got redshirted. A lot of that was transfer related and others were due to injuries... Nova can't expect that trend to continue.

So our buys Paschall and Booth move on. Two rings on their fingers as they leave. Warriors. We'd have been in trouble if both didn't come back this year. The young kids weren't ready to roll yet (except Bey). I'm intrigued that for the first time in a LONG time we won't have that undeniable upperclass/Sr. leader. The team next year will (barring transfers or anything else) be together for the next 2 years. I don't want to say "wait until 2021" but that team should be absolutely loaded when all these talented kids get some experience.

Maybe no sure thing,1st Team All-BE players on the roster, but their top 11 might all individually have the talent to be All-BE 2nd team. It'll be interesting... In Jay We Trust.

Talent for days! After a full season, with better than expected results- Bey was a horse for the Lightning (fantasy league). With a soph leap will be 1st team BE. The boy is a load when he gets rolling.

JRE shines at all levels- a possibility with enough PT. The boy shoulda been a Jay, we were on him forever.

GTMO!!!!! How have you been buddy? Glad your boys are still playing.

You are going to love Dixon... He will ultimately be a beast. Maybe not next year, but somewhere down the road, he will be a beast.

I'll believe it when I see it against non-cupcakes. It was painful seeing Bailey chasing guards around. Some combination of Elliott and McEwen has to provide elite perimeter D & good play lmaking. That may have sounded overly negative, but I'm judging Marquette's ability to make a final four run.

Two of Nova's incoming FR will be playing at the McDonald's all-american game tonight. I believe 2009's monster class of Cheek, Mouph, and Wayns was the last time Nova was represented by multiple burger boys.
