Maybe the NCAA should just expand the Dayton games to includes all the 10/11/12 lines? That way they'd add a bunch more teams, while at the same time adding a major incentive for teams to finish as 9 seeds or better.

Thanks, so you're saying out of the entire NCAA, only 12 teams have 5 Q1 wins? Does that also include more than 5 Q1 wins?
Also, which site are you using to look that up? Is there a list somewhere? Thanks.

That includes teams with more. Remember that it can be fairly fluid though, with teams having opponents they've already beaten moving in and out of Q1 status by the day (and there are quite a few teams at 4 right now).
I pulled it from Warren Nolan, which has a NET nitty gritty report that includes records against each quadrant. I just pasted it into excel so I could resort by Q1 wins.

This is the 3rd year for the preview. 28 of the 32 teams in the prior two years actually got a 4 seed or better in the real bracket. Six of the eight “preview 1 seeds” got real 1 seeds.
