Which coach did the worst job today, Providence or St. John’s?

While you could argue Cooley made some egregious errors late, Mullin and the team came in completely unprepared. It was like they found out Ponds wasn’t playing 10 minutes before tip off or something

Yeah, obviously a bad loss... not much else to say for now. Get better Ponds.

Only, if DePaul didn't blow games at Northwestern, Boston College & Xavier.

Because St. John's played such a pathetic ooc schedule, they have much less room for error than a team of their quality should have. They better hope Pond's injury isn't anything that lingers.

Nah, no excuses. If we can't get to 10+ BE wins, with or without Ponds, then consider it a blessing. Mullin won't be brought back if we don't make the Tournament and we'd be better off in the future.

I'm not giving up on Mullin quite yet, but we have to consider life without Ponds next year. This is year 4 of Mullin and anything less than 10 BE wins would be unacceptable.

WOJO did it up 3.....Not allowing Powell to attempt a 3.....and won the game....

Of course the Hausers are 85% free throw shooters....on the intentional miss....

lol. Yeah I did see that as well....

You would have thought bare minimum that Cooley would foul up 3 in OT after what happened end of regulation....

Cooley said PC attempted to foul but wasn't able. with PC;s luck they would have fouled. Gtown would get 1st free throw, miss the 2nd and kick out the rebound for 3 pointer to win the game anyway.
