Three games Tuesday night, including two Gavitts.

Tuesday November 13th 2018:

Wisconsin at Xavier, 6:30pm - Gavitt Games.
Holy Cross at Providence, 7pm.
Georgetown at Illinois, 8:30pm - Gavitt Games.

Should be a fun week with the Gavitt Games starting up.
For my overall sports health, i need a 30 point win by the Friars tomorrow.

Illinois has very little size unless they get Adonis DeLarosa back from injury tonight( which i expect they will, nothing cures all wounds like a visit from Georgetown). People may remember him from his start at St. John's.

It's going to be a tough game to win depending on how the game is called. I'm expecting them to let Illinois mug Govan down low and slap and smother our guards and it will make for a difficult night for us. If we pound it down low we have a chance, but Illinois' guards are very good. If our Freshmen can hold their own it bodes very well for the rest of the season.

Decent shift in the line, X now -1.

Xavier has not been a home dog to many people outside of Villanova in the last 5 years. This game should be interesting...if I was a betting man I would really like the Badgers (hope I am wrong)

I'm feeling a 3-0 night for the Big East.....let's finally end this 4-4 annual result in the Gavitt Games!

Hoping we can get the win finally. Villanova should win at home and St. John's should beat Rutgers on the road...

So, that means we need to get 3 of the other 6 to clinch it. Honestly looking like toss-ups and Depaul's home game against Penn St. may actually be where the BE is most favored. I've put them in confidence order. (Obviously subjective)

Depaul (H) vs. Penn St.
Marquette (A) at Indiana
Creighton (H) vs. Ohio St.
Xavier (H) vs. Wisconsin
Georgetown (A) at Illinois
Seton Hall (A) at Nebraska

Honestly hoping for a sweep or 7-1 while expecting a 5-3 result in favor of the BE. There's no obvious mismatch for the Big East as our road teams have a good shot (it's not like Depaul is traveling to Michigan St), and St. John's and Marquette may also be favored.

Wisconsin is either really good or Xavier is really bad. Or more likely somewhere in the middle. Not a great game for the musketeers.
Nebraska by birth, Creighton by choice.
