This is a testament to Asst. Coach Jeff Battle, we also pulled Kris Monroe (18) out of Raleigh after UNCST offered. He also committed without a visit.

Battle was the lead assistant at Wake Forest under Prosser and Gaudio and recruited Shareef Abdur-Rahim, Chris Paul, and Jeff Teague. He is the real deal. His wife passed a way a few years ago and he left coaching. When he decided to get back in he called Ed and it coincided perfectly with Andre Lafleur leaving for UNLV. PC is blessed to have this guy.
