Butler used to see "Buck Futler" shirts, especially from Wright State.

That's original; obviously, there are no creative courses of study at Wright State.

After a few beverages at that Valley tourney, I asked one of the aforementioned t-shirt wearers if they used the "8" because they were confused about spelling and the whole, 'I before e, except after c, ...' but he could revisit the song on A Boy Named Charlie Brown. I thought the poor bastard was going to cry.

To me, the biggest difference (and maybe this is attributable to having all the games televised) is that Big East fans are knowledgeable about all teams in the league, not just their own. There is also "elevated civility" amongst the fans. No one showing up in "I H8 CR8N" t-shirts like we saw in St. Louis.

You have to admit that the "Creighton Girls Love The Shocker" shirts made by the WSU guy were kind of funny.

If you're looking for another newbie, we just earned two units.

I don't know if anyone was LISTENING to the two games on TV, but if you did, you heard what makes us "one of you." We might not have the faculties, or the recent deep runs, but those can be gained with money and you can't buy a cult-like devotion.
