Remember that Omaha is the location for the home office of the Union Pacific RR and the ownership (Mr. Buffet) of the Burlington Northern and Santa Fe RR. A new and improved MSG would be sweet if they can get a nearby location. No idea how to achieve that in the most expensive real estate market in the world though.

The Garden is essentially new and improved now. They are just finishing a three year 1 billion renovation that redid the entire interior.
