Hopefully the interim frankly doesn't turn things around in-season, as they would be a true bomb to a resume if you lost to them.

Absolutely true. Although it seems this is more than an Xs and Os problem for them.

Of course DePaul does this right before the Marquette game. It's the only game they care about all season.

Not everything is about you.

In this case, DePaul is about a week away from the Athletic Department's biggest fundraising day of the year, and the few big money men's basketball donors that remain are less than pleased.

It's remarkable that Peevy's first rumored choice for DePaul HC was Kenny Payne, and that Payne and Stubblefield ended up (to date) going a combined 38-94 between DePaul and Louisville. Both hires were absolute disasters.
