As always, I am worried about this game-----seems I worry about all games!

Dickinson is a flat out beast and our ability to guard him will be huge. With Longino out (knee surgery tomorrow) we are thin, as always. You know what we will attempt to do on D----front the post, weakside off ball help in on the passes over the top and on ball pressure making the post pass difficult. If the refs call it tightly, we will be in trouble. Also, if M shoots above their norm from 3 on those off ball helps... that too will be trouble.

On the plus side, they aren't particularly good on defending the 3 as Dickinson typically doesn't hedge out. Look for Samuels and Dixson to launch a few to try and pull him out so the others get one on ones near the hoop and post ups. I fully expect them to go zone quite a bit to protect their bigs from foul trouble. If we are knocking down threes at or above our norm, I like our chances. If we struggle... could be a long night.

Would have been nice to have Donte coming off the bench for this!!! :)

It's funny, I'm almost more worried about this game than I am Providence. Really like their matchup and this one not anywhere near as much.

Think Dickinson will be really interesting to watch.

It will be interesting to see how the refs call things this weekend after what we saw last weekend. Could see things called much tighter IMO.

Dickinson is a load. He has a good shot as well as dealing with his size. I'm taking Nova for the win in a close one.

Interesting what Rob Dauster just posted on twitter-
The more I watch this Villanova team the more they remind me of the 2016 team. Remember, those Wildcats lost 78-55 to Oklahoma in Hawaii in the preseason and we all wrote them off, the same way we wrote off this Villanova team after the Baylor loss.
