I do find it interesting that the BE finds itself against Baylor and Gonzaga. What a story it would be if both BE teams make it to the E8.

Ouch. Sucks when you have money on the line vs. your conference. lol

But for the sake of the Big East I would love to see both of them in the E8. Two big hurdles. If they get past them the road sorta gets easier

Villanova and Creighton have a daunting task ahead of them...but plenty of incentives to boldly
push ahead.

The good, the bad, & the ugly.:

Good: Both of our teams ARE capable of winning this weekend.

Bad: Both opponents are top-tier teams and #1 Seeds in the tourney.

Ugly: The media pundits are grossly disrespecting the Big East.

We have suffered from upset predictions, re-seeding the SS, and both our teams are
at the bottom (NCAA/Katz and ESPN). SI at least has our guys in the middle.

Most media have discounted both Cr8n and Nova and have given us the Fatmouthing
that is deserved by the likes of S'cuse and Texas.

Most have given more respect to the Cinderellas (S'cuse, UCLA, Oregon St, and Oral Roberts)
than to the Big East schools.
