2022 Recruiting Class- EVEN BETTER THAN THE BESTEST!!!

In 2021 we've had the best recruiting class ever for the new Big East (and maybe old...?) with 7/11 teams in the top 25 on 247 composite and everyone in the top 60.

UConn is going to be a Top 25 team for the foreseeable future. Hurley is being something special there. I applaud this addition to the Big East. We want to be as relevant as possible, especially come March, and UConn helps tremendously with that. To the people complaining, you aren't seeing the bigger picture.

UConn now has two ESPN 100 commitments in the 2022 class, No. 51 Donovan Clingan and No. 81 Corey Floyd. One of just five programs with multiple top-100 commitments at this point in the recruiting cycle. Up to 10 ESPN 100 commitments in the last four classes for the Huskies.

Providence appears to have picked up a commit from Quante Berry. 6'3" point guard out of North Carolina. 3-star, but with a decent offer list heavy on SEC schools, if 247 is accurate.

Xavier just received a verbal commitment from Rivals #45 prospect Tyrell Ward from DeMatha HS out of Hyattsville, Md. He joins #93 Kam Craft out of Buffalo Grove, Ill., so Xavier now has secured two 4-star recruits for the 2022 class. Craft is a shooting guard, and Ward is a SF, according to recruiting sites.
