This is kinda cool.

During the Final Four weekend, the NCAA will be holding a 3-on-3 tournament.

There will be 32 teams... one team from each of the 32 conferences.
Each roster will have 4 players.
The players have to be seniors, and have to be selected from 4 different teams within each conference.

So the Big East team unfortunately can't stack its team with Cartwright, Bullock, Lindsey and Planek.

Anyway, i would go with:
Foster on Creighton.
Delgado on Seton Hall.
Bluiett on Xavier.
Martin on Butler.

i could also go with Bullock or Cartwright, or Rodriguez or Macura. Man, there's also Carrington and Derrickson and Kanter available. Lindsey. Khyri Thomas, Hegner.
The team will be stacked.
Talent is spread out across the Big East.

What do you guys think.
Brunson and Bridges amazingly aren't seniors.
Actually, i'm not sure if Villanova has any seniors, which is pretty scary.

He's a junior, but I'd be pleasantly surprised if he comes back next year.

I thought I saw somewhere the guys will get paid for this, too.

Hopefully none of these teams will be in it because they will be in the Final 4 :D

I think Desi R would be a v good 3v3 player. Give me him, Foster and Martin. That would be a really tough trio to stop. Blueitt as the 4th, or maybe Cartwright. Blueitt best of the bunch in 5v5 but 3v3 is about beating your man in a variety of ways. Think those 3 are toughest in the league to stop one on one.

I'd assume no players from teams competing in the final four either, right?

That could be a hell of a lot of fun to watch.

Not sure I'd take Delgado in that format.

It's more wings - shooters & slashers

I'd go Foster, Macura, Rodriguez and Bullock. Bullock mostly for his length and ability to move defensively. Cartwright might be better to have than Foster, but they need some athletic length on defense in my opinion, and the other 3 are solid passers. Delgado would be too much of a liability on defense, especially given the spacing on the court.

My initial thought was the same - that Desi would be a better option from SHU for that reason. The other side of that, though, is in half-court 3 on 3 he'd hardly have to leave the paint and would be able to gobble up rebounds all day.
