CBSSports: Why is no one talking about the Big East?

Here we go again. Obviously the premise of the article is great: that the top of the BE is the better than the top of any other conference in the country. True! But why does it always have to be in the context of "the BE isn't getting any credit because no one is paying attention and/or talking about them"? To answer the article's title question... a lot of people are talking about Nova, Creighton, Butler and X. It's just articles like this that paint a picture that no one is noticing. Perception all created by the media. Shocked that this is CBS and not ESPN asking this question. And people wonder why BE fans still have a little bit of an inferiority complex going on when we keep consistently hearing the term P5 being used in reference to CBB and articles like these. We're in year 4 of the NBE. None of the slights mentioned in the article have been relevant since really year 1. We produced a national champion. We've averaged 50% of the league into the Tourney. Can't wait until we actually get 4 teams into the Final Four this year...
