what's funny is one of the more important Big Ten/Big East games isn't one of these. Marquette/Michigan on Thursday is a huge game for Marquette. Just looked and in Ken Pom, it's 50/50.

Also, for the actual 8 games, it's projected 4-4.
wins-
Nova over Purdue
Georgetown over Maryland
Butler over Northwestern
DePaul over Rutgers

losses-
Wisconsin over Creighton
Iowa over Seton Hall
Ohio St over Providence
Minnesota over St John's.

I'm sure this has been mentioned, but Marquette plays Michigan on Thursday in the 2K Classic, which is not part of the Gavitt Tipoff obviously. Kinda interesting

Although a game @ Purdue will certainly be a big challenge, I have to say that I'm a little disappointed that the Gavitt games hasn't been able to find a way to pit Nova and MSU against each other these first 2 years. Also an X vs IU would have been a lot of fun. Maybe next year...

There was no chance of it this season with Michigan St in the Champions classic and Nova playing in Charleston. And you can understand Indiana not in it this year after playing in Hawaii.

Damn, not sure who scheduled it but Tuesday night's games are going against a brutal doubleheader on ESPN.

FS1:
Wisconsin vs. Creighton
Maryland vs Georgetown

ESPN:
Kentucky vs. Michigan St.
Duke vs. Kansas

I could be wrong, but I definitely get the feeling the B1G isn't that committed to the Gavitt Games.

I'd be shocked if Seton Hall lost to Iowa.
